YOU are why I do what I do.
Every performer who steps into my coaching space brings their own story, goals, challenges, and dreams. Getting to be even a small part of their journey is something I never take for granted.
From booking exciting roles and celebrating big opportunities to building confidence, tackling challenges, and taking those brave next steps, every win is worth celebrating.
This page is a celebration of the incredible performers I’ve had the privilege of coaching, supporting, and cheering on along the way. Their growth, their courage, and their wins are what make this work so incredibly rewarding.

A recent graduate of Nazareth University, Emma earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre with a minor in Music Business. During her time at Nazareth, she performed in numerous university productions and gained professional experience through a student performer internship with Geva Theatre, a LORT-B regional theatre in Rochester, NY, where she was part of A Christmas Carol.
Now stepping into her professional career, Emma has joined Windish Entertainment Company as a Host Performer for the Skellebration show at Dorney Park. She also works with the advancing teams for Concerts at Point of the Bluff and Beston Hall, helping bring incredible live music and artistry to audiences.
As she continues building her career, Emma is setting her sights on Cruise Entertainment, Regional Theatre, Touring Theatre, TV/Film/Commercial work, and beyond. Her journey is just getting started, and I’m so excited to see where her talent, ambition, and hard work take her next.

Based in Santa Cruz, CA, Haley has built an exciting and versatile career as a performer, taking on roles both onstage and behind the scenes.
Most recently, Haley performed in Sister Act with a local professional theatre company, where she was featured as a dancer and nun while also stepping into the role of Dance Captain for the first time. The year before, she took on the role of Johanna in Sweeney Todd with Cabrillo Stage.
Beyond musical theatre, Haley also checked a major dream off her list this past year: performing with a live band. She joined the six-piece surf rock/reggae group Extra Medium as a guest vocalist, with two of the band's members also performing with the national-touring band The Expendables.
From musical theatre to dance to live music, Haley continues to challenge herself, try new things, and grow as an artist—and I’m so excited to cheer her on along the way.

"Courtney was the best to work with when I went to her asking for help with an audition to improve my scores. She was very knowledgeable and has had so much experience with working at Disney and just auditions in general. She was very attentive to me and made sure that I felt comfortable with the movement throughout the dance routine. I struggle with picking up steps and she would come up with phrases to help me remember what step came next. She was also good at noticing the small details that made a big difference in my performance. I was hoping to improve my scores for this audition and I was able to simply due to the coaching I received from Courtney! I highly recommend working with her on audition materials as she will help you succeed."
"I was first referred to Courtney through my previous dance technique Technician, Carrie Anderson, after having questions while filming an invited submission for Disney Cruise Lines. After I contacted Courtney, she responded shortly after, and we had a consultation identifying what material I was requested to film and the best way to present myself with that material and characters. Courtney’s wealth of brand knowledge and performer experience combined made for a coaching experience so personalized to organically find the magic you bring to the storytelling. Courtney also knows insider details that made my audition tapes look clean, professional, and intriguing to watch. Lastly, Courtney is such a kind and collaborative individual whose passion and talent truly show within her work and students. I cannot recommend her and Audition to Booked coaching enough!"
"I had a coaching with Courtney to prep for a Disney Cruise Line vocalist audition, and I truly believe I got a callback because of her help. I left our coaching feeling confident about what I was going to bring into the audition room because she made sure I was prepared for every single aspect of the audition. From choosing a song, to cleaning the sheet music for my cut, to picking an audition outfit, to practicing the audition dance, there is no limit to what Courtney is willing to help with. For working on my audition song, she provided great, constructive feedback that ultimately made me feel confident in both my vocals and my storytelling. She is so much fun to work with and an amazing mentor."
